1.0 Shahkar 3.0

   -By today, the code will checked in on the head
       -Keep the old infrastructure around for the time being 
       -Test it against MCPS, CMS MCRunjob, POOL Runjob, (Dzero Runjob?)
       -If pass tests, then call it release 2_3
       -Once old stuff goes out, call it 3_0.
   -Easy referencing option, "no configurator left behind"
   
   -What about SetTier?  We should not be using it.  
         Deprecate this along with all of the DataTier and AppFam stuff.
         Put out warnings until Shahkar 3.0

   -New syntax: 
           attach foo prop=x,prop2=y
           attach foo2 prop3=z after prop2=x
         
   -Long discussion on Configurator Referencing
         Anzar will put out a use case for delayed referencing resolution
         Jerry wants to clearly distinguish between "init" time values from the 
            ones that are dynamically fetched.  (ie- delayed ref should be different 
            from statis ref.)

2.0 Peter's progress

   -Please alter the web page and put instructions for install on the web page
   -Peter will send a bug report for the ForkConfigurator
   -Was going to clean up sandboxing before giving it to Dugan 
                       (should be this morning)
   -D0Runjob does not yet run D0Reco.  Need rcp handling stuff to work. 
             Just a matter of time... couple of trivial bugs.
   -Peter will come out for the week of the 15th of Nov.  

3.0 Feature Discussion
