(1) Release status:  Release 2.4 is a go!
      -Everything is pylinted now, but contains legacy methods for backwards compatibility.
      -IMProv is now a subpackage in Shahkar.  (Remove the Shampoo version.)

(2) To Do: 
       -(Now) Ptorotype Python iface
       -(Now) PyLint the Shampoo package
       -Disable bad pylint errors in comments 
       -Make GenericException more like the MB and ShREEK exception classes.

(3) PluginMgr not used for ShREEK in order to keep it lightweight, but maybe of use in MCPS.

(4) Peter's status is that it runs on a local farm but not on JIM.

(5) Bob Harris is supposed to be helping us on MCPS.  Make sure it begins this afternoon.
